Safety Detective had the pleasure to interview Shrishhail Rana, CEO of Systweak, recently and found out what Systweak is doing to protect consumers.

Safety Detective: Tell me how you got started in the cybersecurity industry.

Shrishail Rana: As a customer-centric company, we have always focused on providing reliable, efficient, user-friendly products. While people have gotten more aware about system optimization, security still remains a concern due to its complex implementation, and it was essential for us to bridge that gap. Therefore, we are working on utilities that simplify cybersecurity without compromising user-data.

SD: What does your company do to help protect the end-user?

SR: Our company delivers top-notch, comprehensive security solutions with regular updates for robust security. But what’s most important is that these solutions are easy-to-use, so a multitude of users can reap their benefit and stay secured. Hence, our focus is not only to secure user data, but also to make data security more accessible to novice users.

SD: How does your company compete with larger cybersecurity companies?

SR: We believe in providing what customers need. Before and after making a purchase, the customer needs constant support and updates. My team understands this, which is why we offer instructional product knowledge, regular communication, product updates, and educational content. In short, we can say our focus is more on understanding the problem and providing a simplified solution rather than trying to stay toe-to-toe with competitors.

SD: Does Systweak secure smart-home products?
SR:
We do not have any products that cater to smart-home devices currently. However, we’re currently in the testing phase and are expected to release the beta version by the end of this year.

SD: What is the worst cyberthreat to end-users today?
SR: The world of technology is certainly a volatile one and cybercrimes happen all the time. One of the most frightening threats to data security in recent times is certainly ransomware. These crypto viruses not only threaten user data but also pose a serious risk to our society. But none of these threats can be compared to security loopholes stemmed due to human error and misinformation. Hence, it is also our goal to educate our users about the various risks and how they can be mitigated.

SD: How do you see cybersecurity developing in the next 5 years?

SR: Five years from now, cybersecurity will be as important as any country’s defense forces. With the prevalence of hacking cyber disruptions, major data breaches, and malware, strikes on devices have become more common than ever. Therefore, it is inevitable that even the cybersecurity industry will thrive in the near future.
