Be Watchful of Automatic Renewal Premiums

For 2 years running Total AV have tried to rip me off with hugely inflated automatic renewal premiums - this year they took in excess of £ 160 until I contacted my credit card. They eventually offered me a more sensible renewal of £ 23 in line with what I started paying 2 years ago. For that price it's an excellent antivirus app. At £ 160 plus it's a total rip off.

Great for PC, Terrible for Tablets & Phones

As an antivirus product, I couldn't ask for better in protecting my PC. However, the product has an extremely LARGE (4.8Gb) footprint, making it unsuitable for use in protecting a tablet device or phone.

Easy to Install

Very simple program to install. The only downside is the multiple pricing add-ons for extra protection. Would be a much better program if there were fewer pricing options and everything was included.

some problems

Total VPN was easy to install and the scans and cleanings are great, but, I can not get my VPN to work. If they can fix this feature, I'll change my rating to 10/10.
