I am 67 yrs. old and the guys were so patient with me. They explained to me how to use this program and now my Mac is running great. Sometimes the technicians changed over and then I felt as if I had to repeat everything. It would be better if they could note everything to be forwarded and read by oncoming technicians. Otherwise, I liked everything.

I don't know how MacKeeper gets such great reviews on blogs and forums. I have an older (2015) macbook pro that has served me very well through some pretty heavy use in architecture school and now working from home as an architect. My laptop has started to show its age with the fan sounding like its going to blast into hyperspace and programs taking longer to load than usual. I decided it was time to try to clean up the mac to try to help with the aging and improve performance. I have had the same virus problem for so long and tried everything, but they fixed it! Worth any penny!! Their support staff is incredible. The technician stayed with me for hours getting through the nitty gritty of a nasty virus and cleaned it up. I really thought he was going to pass me along but she stuck with it until it was all completed. I am REALLY impressed by the customer service and the quality of the product for me. It is one of the easiest products for virus protection.

I have Mackeeper coverage on 2 devices. This security suite is exactly what I was looking for! I am very confident that I am protected no matter how or for what I use my devices. One thing stands out as a small flaw that I would fix. Real-time protection slows down my Mac while using it. Also, the prices for its features are very expensive, so I think about cheaper alternatives.
Constantly improving

MacKeeper tech helped me merge my 3 Macs into one account as a bundle. He saved me a lot of money and I am very happy with MacKeeper for the last 5 years. They are constantly improving. Recently they added a great feature - ID theft guard. I like it so much. It helps me make sure that my personal information is safe. When I see that it was exposed, I just change the passwords to my accounts. I feel confident with MacKeeper.

Mackeeper is a great program that I have been using for a long time. I search the Internet for everything I need without any problems. There are no viruses, malware or data leaks. Although it was frustrating for me to deal with an ad request. This is what I don't like about this service. When I work, I don't have time to consider proposals. I would prefer to receive them by email when I can properly review them. Everything else is in order.

I wasn't aware of a few things regarding the threats found while scanning my device so I asked for some advice. The representative was patient and had answered all questions with politeness and was able to help me with the problem. The app works wonderfully but it's a pity that it is only available for subscribers. Luckily, non-subscribers are still able to try the app out during the 7-day trials!

I am not very computer savvy, but chatting with a representative helped me to understand the process. The final report was very informative. The rep was very patient and helpful. In general, I am satisfied with the performance of my Mac. Antivirus alerts me if the file is infected before I want to open something. Also, it has an in-built VPN. A lot of thanks
Quick Adware Solve and Beyond

I downloaded this because my wife's MacBook had adware issues. It quickly diagnosed and solved that issue. But what was more remarked than the user interface and simplicity was the customer service provided via live chat to help fix a couple of data breaches I was affected by. Exceptional Antivirus and great VPN. I love being able to watch Netflix content only available in other territories.

I love this app because it is easy to set up and can be left to do its job in the background. I think it might be cheaper, even though the app contains many useful features in one package. I discovered bonus features for security and privacy - StopAd ad blocker extension in Chrome and Safari. It also includes an adware cleaner separate from antivirus. And the security and privacy bonuses don't end there. I can defently recommend it to others.
